Electrical Systems
Our company is an expert in the installation and maintenance of all types of electrical systems. The electrical system is one of the most important components for both civil and industrial premises.
The system must be optimally designed and structured to ensure the best results. 3C Impianti Caravona also takes care not only of the design and installation of the electrical system but also of its maintenance.
Maintenance, as is already the case for installation, is also carried out using only top-quality electrical material, to ensure rapid restoration of all functions in the event of a fault.
Among the experiences of creating numerous civil and industrial systems, our company has been instrumental in installations at some of the most renowned large-scale retail outlets built.

Photovoltaic Systems
A photovoltaic system offers many advantages: it brings energy into your home, saves you on bills and helps protect the environment.
Return on Investment
The photovoltaic system must be considered an investment and not a cost, the invested capital is recovered over time, on average in 6 years. Most companies are certified and use safe and non-polluting materials. To be sure of quality, avoid overly cheap solutions and all products that do not have a guarantee, in particular opt for those Made in Italy or of European origin. The KIWA and IFI certifications guarantee the absence of dangerous, toxic and polluting materials. The first solar panel 100% recyclable, it was born in Italy and uses a thin film layer or CIGS (direct bandgap), with a constantly growing market.
In prezzi dei pannelli fotovoltaici are in sharp decline, according to the International Renewable Energy Agency, down 70% compared to 2009, which allow energy to be produced at a competitive cost compared to conventional sources.
For companies
For companies, there will also be the possibility in 2018 to take advantage of the super depreciation of 130% in the case in which the plant is classified as a "movable" asset, with an ordinary depreciation coefficient of 9%. Those assimilated to real estate will be excluded, having a depreciation coefficient of 4%, lower than the threshold of 6.5%.
Condominiums and hotels will enjoy a 75% tax deduction until 2021 for the installation of photovoltaic systems and storage systems that power common utilities, such as elevators, as part of building renovation work.
Tax breaks
Photovoltaic systems installed on the roofs of houses benefit from a 50% tax deduction until December 31, 2018. The State gives you the opportunity to halve the costs by "returning" half of the expenses incurred to those who choose photovoltaics. The return does not occur by bank transfer or monetary settlement but in the form (and by means) of tax relief spread over the 10 years following the year of installation of the system.
In the domestic-residential context this type of incentives for photovoltaic concerns only natural persons (or condominiums or cooperative members) who are IRPEF contributors. There are no tax reliefs, therefore, for photovoltaic systems installed by companies, corporations or commercial activities.
Anyone who installs a photovoltaic system can therefore take advantage of IRPEF tax deductions to recover 50% of the expenses incurred for the construction of the system.
Increase the value of your property
Installing a photovoltaic system increases the commercial value of your home. To calculate the increase in value, simply take into account the power of the system, its duration, the amount of energy produced and the cost of energy;
On-site exchange
the photovoltaic system will not only save you money but also make you earn money. Since the circuit operates in an exchange regime with the local electricity grid, in fact, the energy you need is purchased from the manager by paying a bill. You no longer exchange energy but you feed it in and, for how much you feed in, you receive a contribution in the exchange account.
Savings on your bill consumption
Thanks to the photovoltaic system you will no longer be dependent on national electricity grid operators and you will be able to independently produce the energy you need;
Developments and technology in the field of photovoltaics always offer new solutions and it is necessary to clarify to understand the advantages and disadvantages of one system rather than another. Let's discover together the differences between on and off grid systems.
ON Grid System - Features
On Grid Photovoltaic System
The On Grid Photovoltaic System (also called Grid-Connect or Hybrid) is by definition electrically connected to the national electricity grid (Enel or other distributor), and with it gives rise to a two-way energy exchange.
On-grid photovoltaic system: The components
The primary components in an On Grid system are:
-
the photovoltaic generator, made up of photovoltaic modules;
-
the inverter capable of converting direct current (produced by the photovoltaic field) to alternating current (from the electricity grid/home utilities) and necessary to exchange the energy produced by the photovoltaic system with the national grid;
-
the meters, one of which records the electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic field, and the other the energy that flows to and from the grid (bidirectional).
On-grid photovoltaic system: The exchange on site
This two-way relationship between a private photovoltaic system and the electricity manager is called Exchange On Site (SSP), this results in an explicit obligation to request authorization for the installation of this system and the completion of various bureaucratic procedures.
OFF Grid System - Features
Off Grid Photovoltaic System
Il sistema Fotovoltaico Off Grid (also called Stand-Alone) by definition is a self-sufficient system that is electrically isolated from the electricity distribution network and powered by photovoltaic solar energy.
The translation of Off grid is in fact “untied from the net”.
In this system it is necessary to store the solar energy produced by the photovoltaic modules, in order to guarantee the continuity of service of the users.
Off grid photovoltaic system: The batteries
The energy produced is accumulated in batteries capable of returning the energy accumulated during the day in the evening and night hours.
L’impiego dell’energia elettrica solare è affidata ad un idoneo regolatore di carica che adatta i parametri elettrici dei moduli fotovoltaici alla ricarica del banco batterie, controlla i livelli di carica ed eroga energia alle utenze.
Off grid photovoltaic system: The inverter
It is also necessary to use an inverter capable of transforming the Direct Current (DC) deriving from the photovoltaic modules into Alternating Current (AC), which is necessary for the operation of home utilities.
Off Grid Photovoltaic System: Who is it Suitable for?
Photovoltaic systemIt is therefore ideal for places where there is no electricity supplier (for example mountain huts or small to medium-sized boats).Off grid ltaico: Who is it suitable for?
But that's not all because a contradiction is added to the definition of Off Grid, that is, that it is still possible to install an Off Grid system even in a house served by electricity and use the energy of the operator only in case of "emergency", that is, when the batteries are flat, without having any interruption or problem. In this case, no authorization is needed to make such a system.
